Or you can just block all third party cookies in your browser's settings, then remove the popup with Ublock Origin. You don't need to consent to cookies when they can't even get to your machine to begin with!

Ive seen many website cookie notifications that say if you don't accept or reject, it will be considered as accepting. I don't know how legal that is but ive seen it.

Yes but like I said, you can just block 3rd party cookies in your browser's settings. Therefore accepting/rejecting doesn't matter, because the cookies can't get stored on your machine regardless.
