The Kyiv Independent’s Jimmy Rushton speaks with MAGA influencer Laura Loomer during her visit to Kyiv about the dramatic shift in her stance on Ukraine after years of opposing U.S. military aid to the country, spreading Russian propaganda narratives, and cooperating with Russian state media outlets such as Russia Today (RT). Loomer shares her experience of visiting Ukraine and meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky. It's called "Mar-a-Lago face", a particular style of cosmetic surgery and Botox usage which has become prominent as a way to visually signify that you are part of the MAGA team.

Every time I see a picture of her I think it's one of those attempts at humanoid robots, or a silicone sex doll or waxwork or something. She immediately triggers that uncanny valley "that's not human" response in the brain. I don't understand how anyone can find her attractive.

Nah, some ppl just overdo it. Could be a matter of taste, an environment that only compliments and never warns/disagrees or could be someone manipulating them to make them unattractive for most ppl. Some other ppl just don't know when to stop. We can give advice, but it's their body; their choice.
