As a guy who weighs way to much these days, I for some reason am foolish enough to think my arms will be fine but I'd still somehow break my hip.
In reality I'd probably just faceplant or break my neck lol.

Not that I go to them, but gyms could have a space with mats and a spotter for this kind of thing.
