Gonna be honest, no idea how he's got the guts to do that; as I've heard, polar bears are the most powerful predators on earth. I'd satisfy myself to MAYBE throw some food to a side; but I'm still not entirely comfortable with the thought of any part of my person being outside my nice metal mobile shield.

I'm pretty sure Eastern Europeans see bears as potentially dangerous but usually harmless wildlife, like raccoons or foxes. Being in a tank certainly helps!
