“Virtue signalling”? Kinda telling using such language. I understand misogyny is a tough concept to grasp for many men, who often deny it exists and how pervasive it is - so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt here.

But no, this is saying that how we socialise topics is important. And that society at large enables men to get away with such behaviour and by extent promotes it as acceptable.

Virtue signaling is absolutely a thing. It just happens to be used incorrectly as a term by those who do it most often. Thus is often devalued as a concept.
