Assuming no communication overhead, yes.
No, you can have 9 babies in 9 months, but you won't have 1 baby in 1 month.
You can if you staggered them in anticipation of requirements!
Create one baby in 9 months. Without loss of generality, assume a spherical baby. Every following month, use Banach-Tarski to turn one baby into two. Repeat exponentially for 2^n babies in month n+9.
Can you put that into big O notation?
