Um....correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Russia produce fuel? Also is this person saying that Ukraine was selling fuel to Russia until recent worker strikes? Am I misunderstanding this post or is the author extrapolating a lot from the sale of Chinese EVs?

I'm not sure that's what they're saying; this person said fuel is running out at the gas stations; I don't think this author knows Russia produces fuel

I think they're suggesting Ukraine has hit enough Russian refineries to severely limit capacity. I haven't been paying attention to ukraine so idk if that happened, though

It didn't. West just went so hard overboard with this propaganda that even Zaluzhny said that Russia is not losing lol.
