I don't understand, don't they have test scores in the USA to go to college? Over here if you don't test well, and have bad grades, you're not getting in to college because you're competing with others who if they have better grades than you do take your spot.

I'm here to tell you the U.S. does not care about literally anything else.
I guess I knew that, just checking in sometimes.

Sure, here in my European country you just pay and get in. College is for everyone.
There are a few exceptions, mostly medical degrees, but generally there's no competing for spots.
That can't be right, a university class only has so many spots. Or do they just cram in everyone that pays?

One CC I tried made me take a placement test, but I tested out of the one class I was going for.
CCs will take just about anyone with a HS diploma or GED. There's not really an option to redo those courses, so you just start at the entry level stuff in CC, which is the stuff you should have been taught in HS anyway. It doesn't matter because you're expect to use very, very little of that you take all that time and money learning. It's all very performative.
I have no clue what you're trying to say. I did my first two years of college at a community college and both the facilities and professors were better than at both CSU's I attended.
Community Colleges vary wildly is quality. My local one was a credit mill. The second closest one is much better, but things didn't work out because I tested out of the one course I wanted to take and when I insisted I still wanted it, the advisor lied about it being full. I know he lied because when I went home, I checked online and there were five openings.
That sounds so shady, dang. Sorry that happened to you.
