I personally don't think he's dead. I think it's far more likely that he only technically alive on life support.
He’s politically dead, though, except using him like “Weekend At Bernie’s”
Basically, Kentuckians had better stand up to get represented.
That's a fate worse than death. Imagine turning a literal zombie moose and you're corpse is being piloted for political gain of your subordinate parasites.
That's probably the most Mitch McConnell way to go out though.
