Recently noticed Hindu/Diver pushups. I don't do them very often, but I like them a lot. Not sure if it is the range of motion or it being easier than regular pushups(pushing back straight from the bottom) for me

Hindu push ups or dive bomber (diver) push ups.

It's basically a push up but you put your ass way up in the air. Then move your arms down while moving your chest down and up like a dive bomber.

The down position is your ass close to the grond, your arms pushing up and you chest up. Like some yoga poses. Then slowly reverse the motion till your ass is back in the air like the starting position.

Oh as soon as you said "yoga," now I understand. I'm literally a yoga instructor so what you're describing is downward facing dog into chaturanga to upward facing dog ๐Ÿ˜„
