Could have been an interesting way to do Amazon's serie instead of just shitting over the silmarillion. Fill in the lives and occurences after lotr. Woul'dnt need Saruman or Wormtongue as the extended trilogy deals with them and they're not strictly needed for the scouring.
Amazon got IP for simarillion not lotr.
I think having the elves come to help men was the biggest disrespect to Tolkien.
