The announcement came shortly after Rockstar announced they won't be making physical copies. It was either pre-planned, or rockstar inspired Sony.

They literally just sent you the list. I count at least 27.
Lot's of defunct, sold to with 3 steps, citation needed, or with sometimes a footnote (if at all) to a website that looks 2000s. Also,
