Hey, that's not true! Everybody knows landlords only use white paint
also most landlords would not do this themselves, but get someone else to do it for them
Most people equate the property manager and landlord anymore. My landlord was technically some faceless company, but Tom's shitty ass got the moniker because he's the asshole I had to call to get my heating fixed multiple times (at least until he was replaced). Not sure how you can fuck up radiator heating that much, but man, they made a go of it.
No, my first place was literally that color.
I had to repaint it myself.
