All of those things can be sorted out by experts once the killings stop. I'm not going to stop advocating for the end of the killings just because there isn't a document on how the long term solution should look, because that's not important right now.
Yes. They're executing prisoners. That goes against Article 3. I don't need to know why they do it, how or when. I don't need to know Chinese. I don't need to know the history or the culture to criticize them for violating Article 3. Do you want to tell me that capital punishment isn't a thing in China?
I don't need to know the history or culture of someone about to murder someone to want to stop them. This seems to be too hard for you to grasp, so I'm done with you and your insults now. Have a lovely day.
