I don't think there is such a thing as "Chinese human rights". There are only human rights, and China (Chinese government) is violating them. While I agree that parts of the west (US) has taken steps in the wrong direction, saying that China is doing "much better on human rights" is wild, or in other words, completely bonkers.

I will defend Muslims and their human rights every day of the week, even though I detest religion because I believe that human rights are just that, rights.
