This is what happens when you have lazy fat doughnut eaters not doing their job.
I won't say that everyone should be a vigilante, but those whose moral compass is working properly should definitely do it.
I definitely couldn't do it, i could probably hold back against petty theft and such but against rapists, murders and such i don't think i would allow them to get a chance for "redemption", seen it too often where they get released on "good behaviour" and are back within a week because they went back to the same old familiar life.
