I grew up without AC. Now it wasn't as hot as it is now.
But things you may not be aware you can do.
Take cold showers.
Yeah. That works.
Take a shower and then stand there naked, wet, with a fan on. You will be shivering in no time.
If you have long hair like I did. I would often just hold my head under the tub faucet. Soak my hair. And face. And that would cool me off.
I sometimes did this multiple times a day when it was crazy hot.
You all have access to water. Use it. It's not just for drinking.
