That is a horrendous take. ADHD is prevalent enough for tons of people to completely forget they’re thirsty until they’re dehydrated, but it doesn’t mean we are inferior.
No matter how much eugenics happens, there will always be ADHDers and neurodivergents of all kinds, and likely still be heaps more who still forget to hydrate.
Also, if you’re constantly worrying every minute of the day if you’re hydrated enough or not, you’re not living or actually doing anything that’s interesting and fulfilling to you.
Jesus. Carry water with you. Drink. Set alarms to remind you if you need to. It's not complicated. If you spend so much time staring at social media feeds that random memes telling you to drink are important and helpful to you then your real problem isn't ADHD.
