They report that temperatures will go down next week, though I don't know where you live and whether that applies to you, too. Up to 30C is fine with me, but once it gets up to 35C, my mental health starts to degrade. Heatwaves like this are terrible, and I hope it'll cool down for you soon :c

Well, temperatures have gone up above 40°C this week and it's planned to get at 40°C here today.
