i should become a realtor, it pays a lot and you don't even need a working brain to do your job
now that i think of it a corpse could probably be a good realtor too
A corpse at least wouldn't be sending annoying texts yeah.
I knew a guy that tried becoming a realtor that I also regularly described as one of the most gullible people I've ever known. Last time I checked he was trying to market himself as an AI prompt engineer.
