Well it does mean you have to be in eastern Oregon, which is a downside, but otherwise pissing on Idaho is a cherished Oregon pastime.

As Dimitri Martin once famously pointed out there is a vast difference between peeing in the pool and peeing into the pool, so I think legally you’re good in Idaho… but Oregon is probably a different story. I’m not a lawyer
