It didn't happen overnight.
One of the first Soviet decrees reduced workday to 8 hours from 11,5 hours.
Have you met many of these Bushwick/Silverlake/Cap Hill/Temescal/Mission larpers? Most work like 15-25 hours a week, not 40+ like Cuba and USSR
