Fuck yea brah, I was on 1500 cals and doing my choc whey isolate with rum in it, about 300 cal for one dose of protein, a meal and to get me fucked up.
I think. The numbers evade me
I'm sorry, so rum, whey, and chocolate? Like cocoa powder? First of all, gross. Not that I wouldn't drink it I would.
Second, 1500 calories what, daily? That is not enough for many of us, 2,000 is standard for regular people, hard laborers need a lot more.
Losing weight ain't easy.
Losing weight takes time, it doesn't happen over weeks but months, same as gaining weight.
One thing to keep in mind, the healthful effects of cocoa aside, a lot of it has a shitload of like lead or something btw.
I wasn't in the us and this wasn't cocoa, this was just flavouring.
So probably no lead
