Both my neighbors have immaculate lawns. One mows it to putting green height every couple days. The other has a chemical-drenched monoculture.

They hate me because I let the dandelions and clover and violets grow, and by July mine’s the only one that’s still green.

I cut mine regularly for the kids to play but both ends are local wildflowers.
