That's an evolution of the relations between numbers,

It used to be 6 😱 7 because: 7 8 9
Now it's 6 😂 7 because: ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ (representing both the movement and the idk)

I don't know why but I like the modern relation more
