Amazon is deeply enshittified. I mean they always were a bad employer, but for a while they were at least good to their customers.
It's the typical "we have achieved market dominance; the only way to keep growing revenue is to cut corners" problem.
Shitty cheap China slop in the shop, shitty mainstream production in the movie section.
