Even if I put my head into a rabid MAGA, I don't see any insults. The right wing is really grasping for straws.
I'll try:
Biking is for poor, unimportant people. Real men drive cars. A mayor has to look professional and important by getting chauffeured around. It's just unbecoming of his office. It's a slap in the face of all the hardworking folk that paid good money (or are still paying their loan) for a car by suggesting that cycling is actually okay and dignified and perfectly suitable for a man of his standing.
It's also obviously a political move to snub the oil industry. He's probably bought into the whole climate change hoax, so next he'll come for your car too. Not to mention the reason for the whole circus around the Strait of Iran or whatever is them raising our gas prices. He's basically saying it's all pointless anyway because we don't really need gas, and all the work Trump is doing to secure a good deal, a great deal, the best deal, is a waste. And what about the soldiers he's disrespecting with that too?
Of course, the cherry on top is that he's actively showing his disdain for Israel, who have been a loyal ally in the whole Iran thing. Of course, he's a libruhl commie Muslim, so it's no surprise that he hates them. Still, this is public confirmation that he's evil.
Sorry if that got too real. I have far more experience with being a miserable, hateful piece of shit than I'd like, and definitely more than anyone should have.
That’s the Murdoch family, so while yes, they’ve always been conservative (one of the sons is not actually a conservative), it’s more accurate to say the ultra wealthy are grasping at straws. MAGA doesn’t support Israel’s pushing us into war with Iran, so as you stated, they wouldn’t buy this issue based on that cover, but billionaires and other special interest groups sure would love for everyone to buy this narrative.
that is why ISrael is trying to buy christian conservative influence more and more, they need far-right christian on thier side. the popular shtick is with the far right is anti-semitism, thats why it also rubbed right wing pundits, like ownes, tucker carlson,mtg the wrong way, also Charlie kirk who "died right after he display dispealsure towards israel.

I didn't even get it was supposed to be insulting somehow. I read the title, thought "good for him" and then started wondering where the meme is because we're just spitting fire here.
It's just emotional chum for the right wing to stay frothy at the out-group. Even though many of them would benefit from DSA or further left policies, they're drunk on group identity. (See also: every right wing accusation is a confession, "identity politics")
