There is this very common view that billionaires are sad or depressed, I'm not sure about that but it is nice to imagine it
They got there by being unable to feel bad for others so I don't think their emotional capacity would ever induce a "I have so much wealth but I'm so empty moment"
I’ve been through enough life to understand that wealth beyond basic comforts and utility does not actually equate to any kind of meaningful peace and happiness. It took me a few years to figure this out, I really don’t understand how it takes some people accumulating millions, billions of dollars and decades to not figure this out? These parasites are some of the most miserable people alive, and they don’t even understand …
Because they're mentally unwell.
