TIL the german word Kaiser is directly derived from Caesar :o

Also czar, tsar, císař, csaszár, keizer, keisari, kejser, cesarz, césar

Though at least one of those means the specific title of Roman Emperor. Incidentally, "emperor" comes from the latin word imperator.
