I need to find out who writes the dialogue for The Boys and beat them to death with every single script Joss Whedon, Taylor Sheridan and whatever other bunch of hacks I can think of, wrote up. (hexbear.net)

I have seen that scene played for laughs so many times that you're a hack if you bring it up even to parody it, because it is so played out.
I would never in my life think I would actually see it played straight. What the fuck.

And if you're thinking "well that's Eric Kripke" then you might be right, but I figure he's the showrunner, so he probably doesn't write a lot of the details for each episode. And if it was him, then the dialogue would probably have been ass always. Or maybe not, people change. But I'm making a list and I'm working my way up through it.

The plot is what it is. It's nothing great, nothing terrible. Kinda stupid, what was up with bringing back black Noir and Soldier boy and so on? But in the whole it's not complete dogshit. The dialogue in every scene though? What the fuck. Who writes this shit?
