Blacksmiths are on a spectrum as you said. Some work at factories, some are artisanal craftsman, some petty bourgeois.

Farmers definitely aren't labor, they are the guys who own and manage the farm and hire people to do the farm work. Maybe they do some work too but that's the case with other bourgeois too.
