There was an option on the table for them to lower the mandatory retirement age of Supreme Court justices, but they will not do it.

some of the bush appointees and occasionally one of the trump guys are enough procedure perverts that they make ok rulings once in a while. although sometimes it's backhanded like one of the ones that was good for indigenous sovereignty was also good for some long-term corpo bullshit the neocons are trying to do.

Yeah IIRC Gorsuch is surprisingly good on indigenous rights cases and nothing else.
