I think you're overreacting to the cold but that's just me. Just gotta breathe through it a few seconds, then your body gets used to it. You shouldn't need hotter water than skin temp lol. I usually go a little warmer than that though.

For sure, but it's not something I can power through. I think there's something wrong with my body's ability to regulate my temperature. If I get cold even if it's just a little bit then I can't warm up for hours and I'm miserable. If I make the shower as hot as can be then I can dry off before I cool down below room temp and not end up chilled.

The fire within burns hotter than the water without. If I ain't a red and pruny then it was wholly insufficient.
