high-protein breakfast

Pretty unhealthy for a breakfast. Is he constantly on a workout? Better go with a muesli or high-fibers.

Biscuits and gravy always makes me most productive out of the breakfasts I've tried. Nutrition wise... Not so great, but I also don't need to eat again until dinner time so I guess it's fine. I rarely have time to make it too.

How is that unhealthy? Are you talking like straight bacon and sausage glazed with uncooked egg yolk?

Protein has also a high energy density, although less than fat. No matter how the body metabolizes it; if you don't poop it undigested out or work it off, you will carry it around.
