I've got an older PC that I'm upgrading and going to turn into a NAS for my house, and the poor thing spent YEARS as the living room PC in a house full of stoners. Every surface is slightly amber and sticky. Any good cleaners I can use to remove it all without damaging the electronics?

Aliphatic compounds, there are numerous. I buy this thing in Sweden with a handy nozzle to get to all surfaces, and it evaporates leaving minimal trace.
