If you want actual stealth I love the Dishonored series and I think Dishonored 2 has some anazing leveldesign. There are 3 games and they are all worth playing if you like the first you will like the second and so on.
With that said its VERY different from Elden Ring.
hm yeah dishonored looks pretty interesting, and I can probably overlook the 1st person camera if it's good enough

Yeah I dont think any game realizes the magical assassins fantasy in a steampunk world quite like the Dishonored series.
May I recommend deathloop. It's dishonored but more difficult and with a very soulslike take on multiplayer.
I think there's some dlc guns that break the game in half, but I never has those so.
