Okay, please help me out, brothers and sisters and non-binary siblings. She doesn't sound at all like she is making a right-wing point to me.

I WROTE BORDERS AND ILLYGAL AND PAPER PLANES BEFORE YOU THOUGHT IMMIGRANT RIGHTS WERE COOL.

She was in favor of immigrant rights before it was cool, that's the opposite of what she's accused of. The entire post is a wild restatement of her pro-immigrant, anti-law stance.

There may be an additional wrinkle: A republican in the UK is not an American Republican. That is, she is probably advancing an anti-monarchist stance instead of a pro-GOP one. In the UK, a republican is a staunchly anti-establishment, fringe left figure.

She endorsed Trump in 2024 and also tweeted

If Alex Jones pays for lying, shouldn't every celebrity pushing vaccines pay too?

So this may be an over-generous assessment.
