Some party friends i had years ago were in a band. Good band too! heavy metal with violins. They rented a garage in a warehouse district that was strictly for commercial use only. 2 of them lived in the attic of the garage after they hauled up some plywood and couches and stuff. It was suuuuper sketch when we were all up in the 'bedroom' having a session before the practice started. whole garage was like 10ft wide and 30ft deep and there were at least 20 people just drinking and smoking and just chilling every week.
Man...good times, good times.
