As Pentagon officials delay approval of wind farms, scientific studies show that they can distort radar systems, but the problem is manageable, researchers say.

You could of course integrate wind turbines into your national defense. Seems like a win-win kind of thing.

That actually seems like an idea worth investigating.

Install air defence radars into windmills and build windmills next to the border.
