Yeah, i've been reminded of that as well. And honestly, it's the same as with hexbear's misogyny problem, hexbear's ableism problem or hexbear being really weird about (especially queer) sexuality and relationships, probably also applies to racism although i can't personally attest to that - when somebody from another instance does it, it's an instant ban, when an old account from hexbear does it, the post may get removed and maybe there's a temp ban when it's really blatant as in this case with the "having good takes on Gaza gives you a transphobia license" shit, but that's it, and there's never any reflection. Every time, a ton of affected comrades complain that this is, indeed, a problem while a ton of not affected comrades deny and downplay everything, make up excuses and refuse to learn and do better.
