I'm almost 29 and we got a new guy at work who is 23 a few months ago and the age difference is just barely large enough for us to not understand pop culture references from childhood.
30 and 20 something isnt tha told, maybe if you late 30s and early 20s, or even 17-18 then thats wierd.
