~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.

sorta, when they tried to explore the gamma quadrant despite repeated warnings, and threats, and destruction of a colony, they dint stop at all. so the dominion decided to wage war on alpha quadrant.

Humans are post scarcity at least, but resources aren't distributed equally across the federation afaik.

Don't forget, some alien species have their sex organs on their heads (or other bodily location), some have more than two sexes, some have no sex (and inseminate in other ways), some perform crowd insemination and some eat their partner after insemination.
8472 is probably the kinkiest, they have 5 sexes.
