What are you on about, the Nobel peace prize is an original one according to Alfred Nobel's will. Source

You can even get the prize to motivate you to it to start a war, which happened several times in history, according to the Nobel prize committee (seen during an interview, can't remember where).

If they want to keep the prize around, they should ban politicians from receiving it.

Maybe they should hold politicians responsible for their actions and make it illegal for them to lie, and prosecute them if they do.

Politicians have a lot of influence and can help bring peace in certain situations. But in general they are people who desire power and should not hold position of power because of that.

It appears I mixed it up with the Economics prize.

Still, I stand by abolishing it or excluding politicians from receiving it. Your idea of holding them accountable is silly as clearly that rarely ever happens when the country is as powerful as the US. Only minor nations like the Philippines see their leaders subjected to any sort of accountability.

Your idea of holding them accountable is silly as clearly that rarely ever happens when the country is as powerful as the US.

Why is it silly? Especially in the US there's a lot of corruption in politics, so it would be really great if they were held accountable. I know it doesn't happen, but it should as it would make politics a lot more clean and honest.

"We should do something about it!"

"that's silly, because no one is doing something about it already."

Right...

I’m self-righteous, because I believe in the impossible, but I also admit the impossible doesn’t happen.

Make up your mind. It’s either possible and you’re going to do it, or it’s impossible and beyond your ability to change.

Tell us your big brain plan to arrest George W. Bush, Condaleeza Rice, Barack Obama, Hilary Clinton, Joe Biden, Antony Blinken, Donald Trump, Rex Tillerson, Marco Rubio, Benjamin Netanyahu, and Yoav Gallant to bring them to The Hague.

The silly part is saying “somehow, someday, someone will do something.”

I’m not doing anything. You’re not doing anything. Nothing’s getting done.

If power shifts and some of these people get held accountable, then it’s because they lost power due to some geopolitical maneuvering by anti-US/Israel nations (axis of resistance, etc.), not because I became an accountability officer.

You're right. It should be forbidden to think of ways to improve the world if you're not capable of making the changes immediately yourself. Sticking with corrupt politicians is for sure the best way to go, we should all support them.

By the way, how far are you with canceling the Nobel peace prize for politicians?

You say: We should stop giving politicians the peace prize.

I say: It would be better if we change the system to make politicians more honest, responsible, accountable.

I strive to make the system better which will improve everyone's lives. You strive to stop giving symbolic prizes to politicians which will improve what exactly?

Yeah, I'm the silly one.

Have a nice day mate.
