For things that are "hmmm".

Rule 1: All post titles except for meta posts should be just plain "hmmm" and nothing else, no emotes, no capitalisation, no extending it to "hmmmm" etc.

I can't find that alt text in any of the fonts on my system. Hmmm. Some Hooked on Phonics alphabet I guess.

It's in Icelandic keyboard layouts (as it's still used), and is a pop-up character for "t" on many Android keyboards if you turn on "extra characters" to get extended international Latin characters. It's in most Unicode fonts I've seen - it's Unicode codepoint(s) U+00DE (cap) & U+00FE, so not too far in.

You can also get to it wiþ the Compose key if you're on Linux. Compose, T, H. þ

(Uppercase TH gets you uppercase Þ.)
