Just what happened to so many people that this absolute z tier propaganda does the job
It's about reaffirming an "us vs them" mentality. The propaganda itself isn't "bus bad" it is "This woman who doesn't know her place is ruining your life for her own benefit."
Being ignorant and already inclined to dislike change of this nature does the job such that the propagandizing is merely needed to 'paint the target'
