China is solving most health issues in the country. Unfortunately, some issues were not solved yet.
Some examples:
To sum up, China is doing great, but still has issues related to rapid industrialization and food laws enforcement that I hope will be solved soon. No real country is safe from issues and contradictions.
Just to point out that 2008 was 18 years ago. A lot can change in that time. I don't think it's a fair criticism of today's problems. The first study was from 2023 so like... Fair enough.
I think trajectory is a big point. The us was cleaning up things and many things by the end of the 70's were much better than the start of the 60's. Unfortunately that activity slowed down at a national level as time went by after that. Most positives I have seen have been at local levels and recently the treasonous scotus we have now have dealt blows to public wealfare legislation.
