You're failing to understand that actually, the state is like the droid core ship in The Phantom Menace. When it's destroyed, all of the citizens immediately make a beeeeeewwww powering-down noise and drop dead on the spot
These guys take the Putler thing very seriously. They think that if the Ukrainians lose Putin is gonna put every Ukrainian speaker into a death camp, then genocide every non-Russian European afterwards
I had a lib tell me Russian-speaking Ukrainians should learn to speak Ukrainian or "fuck off back to Russia" if they want to live on Ukrainian territory when I pointed out how Ukraine treats its Russian speakers
