I'm such a sucker for unreliable narrators so I'm gonna say Memories of Underdevelopment.
It's a Cuban film following a vain, entitled, rich man in the 60s who is disgusted with what he sees as an immature country. Yet spends his life blaming all of his self inflicted personal problems on those he preyed upon.
