Marxism Leninism as adapted to the specific circumstances of China by the CPC.
In short opening up to gain capital, industry, etc. Poverty alleviation using state funds gained by such activities (the CPC has successfully eliminated all extreme poverty in China). And people's full process democracy as practiced by the CPC. As well as other various long-term state policies.
