Let's compare Poland and Germany. Neighbouring countries.
Poland rape rate: 1.29 per 100.000
Germany rape rate: 15.5 per 100.000
Both are measured in 2023.
Poland foreign born population: 2.2% - 2.6% (60% of which are Ukrainians).
Germany foreign born population: 17.3% (6% of which are Ukrainian).
While I'm not claiming causality, there is at least correlation.
Seems like a really simple next step to determine what % of rapes were performed by foreign born. Stats you gave are so disconnected as to be worthless.
I might be stretching it a bit, but maybe the immigrants are unwillingly being used by the right-wing to expand, which probably does rape more people?
Violence starts in socially degraded contexts, no matter what kind of it. If we don't give immigrants an opportunity to integrate or at least become functional, they will turn violent. This also happens with nationals of course but it's not as likely
5% in Poland, 40% in Germany. However the moment they get citizenship in Germany they get classified as German suspects, and you get citizenship after 5 years of living there.
Source for those numbers?
Germany (English article citing German minister presenting the data; I don't speak German didn't check the raw source) https://www.dw.com/en/germany-sees-rise-in-sexual-violence-and-youth-offenses/a-72116932#%3A%7E%3Atext=How+do+Germany%27s+crime+figures%2C%2C+were+non-German+suspects.
Poland: article citing Interior minister: https://www.gazetaprawna.pl/wiadomosci/kraj/artykuly/9843984,ile-zabojstw-i-gwaltow-dokonuja-cudzoziemcy-w-polsce-sa-najnowsze-dan.html in Polish
Please note it's even lower than I previously wrote, my bad. It's 0.5% of foreigners in case of Poland.2% was statistics from a decade ago.
